The town is currently contracted with Murdough Assessing Services of Pittsfield, NH. We use the assessing computer software from Avitar Associates of New England. Our Assessments are posted online on the Avitar site and updated 2 or 3 times a year. If you wish to review the assessments online, Go to www.avitarofneinc.com and
log onto their online database. Choose "anonymous", type in the challenge prase and click enter, then click on Wolfeboro. You can search by PID(parcel map & lot number), Owner Name, or Address.
