Department Personnel
The Wolfeboro Police Department has a sworn compliment of twelve officers, including Chief, Lieutenant (Executive Officer), three Sergeants and seven Patrol Officers. All officers are certified by New Hampshire Police Standards and Training. Part time civilians include an Administrative Assistant and a professional, Police Prosecutor.

Wolfeboro Central Dispatch is staffed with five full time and three part time Communications Specialists. Central Dispatch handles over 30,000 calls and/or inquiries per year. Communications Specialists are the vital link between caller and officer and have a tremendous responsibility.

Chief of Police
Name
Description
Chief Chase was a police officer in Massachusetts for over thirty years. He has a Bachelor's & Master's degree in Criminal Justice and has certifications in several specialized law enforcement fields. He came to the Department in April of 2005, when he was appointed Lieutenant. He was promoted to Chief in August of 2006. The Chief is an avid reader and enjoys boating, music and local history.

Lieutenant

Description
Lieutenant Dean Rondeau is the Executive Officer and second in command. He has been serving with the Wolfeboro Police Department since 1996. Dean is a graduate of Norwich University Military Academy, the 110th NH Police Academy, and the FBI National Academy. He has specialized training in many areas, including crime scene analysis, Interview and Interrogation, Statement Analysis, and Traffic Crash Investigation. Dean is a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, and serves as an Intelligence Officer with the 353 CACOM. Lt. Rondeau enjoys skiing, and is a Licensed Dive Master and Master SCUBA Diver.
Administrative Assistant

Description
Donna came to the Department after a successful career in the private sector in Conn. She is an experienced administrative assistant and is responsible for many of the business functions of our agency including payroll. detail billing, accounts payable and ordering of supplies. She also helps the Chief and Executive Officer with various tasks. Donna likes to spend time with her family and enjoys walking and motorcycle riding.
Prosecutor

Description
Tim came to the Department in December of 2006. He has a BS degree from Michigan State and a JD from the University of Toledo. Tim lives in a farm in Alton, where he is involved in conservation activities and is a member of the Alton ZBA. He is a Viet Nam veteran of the U.S. Navy's Special Warfare Group. An avid SCUBA diver and Master Diver Instructor, he also holds a USCG Master Captain's License.
Sergeants

Description
Sgt. Archambault was hired by the Wolfeboro Police Department in 1994. Since then he has served as a patrol officer, senior patrol officer, mountain bike officer, patrol sergeant and is currently one of the departmentís, three shift commanders. Sgt. Archambault is also the departmentís Evidence Officer, Field Training Coordinator and is in charge of Administrative Services.
Chris began his career in Atkinson, NH in 1987. In 1991, he was appointed to the WPD and has had many assignments including, mountain bike officer, DARE instructor, School Resource Officer, dispatch supervisor and police prosecutor. He is currently the juvenile prosecutor and heads the Services Division. During his time off he likes boating, playing golf and spending time with his wife and children.
Sgt. Moore began his career with the Milton PD in 1994 and is an 8 year veteran of our Department. He holds a BA degree in Criminology. A former 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve, he was a platoon leader for infantry and military police companies. Sgt. Moore is a crime scene technician and an experienced investigator. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his leisure time.
Senior Patrol Officers

Description
Senior Patrol Officer Greg Cooper is the School Resource Officer and is assigned to the Kingswood Regional Middle & High Schools. A veteran officer, he has over twelve years experience in the law enforcement field, including ten as a Wolfeboro Police Officer.

Officer Cooper holds a Bachelorís degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a certified physical fitness instructor and conducts the mandatory agility testing of personnel. Other specialties include, advanced certification through the National Association of School Resource Officers and completion of police prosecutor school. He is proficient with firearms and as a former Department instructor, worked to upgrade equipment.
Off. Livie joined the Department in 2002. He is a graduate of the 130th NH Police Academy and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater (MA) State College. He has many law enforcement certifications and is a police, driving instructor and Field Training Officer. Off. Livie is a member of the Carroll County Drug Task force. He is responsible for maintaining the Department fleet
Detective Guy Maloney began his law enforcement career in 2001 with the New Hampshire Marine Patrol Bureau. In 2002 he was hired as a patrolman for the Wakefield Police Department and graduated the 128th New Hampshire police academy that spring. Detective Maloney was hired by the Wolfeboro Police Department in 2006 and was appointed the departmentís Detective in 2012. Throughout his career, he has been trained in criminal and accident investigations as well as crime scene processing and preservation. He is also the departmentís certified drug recognition expert and evidence room officer. Guy has a degree in criminal justice and is currently working towards a masterís degree in business. In his free time, he enjoys running, working out and spending time with his friends and family.
Senior Patrolman Mike Strauch is a Wolfeboro native and graduate of Kingswood Regional High School. He joined the Wolfeboro Police Department in 2006 after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College in Milton MA. Prior to that, Mike worked as a part time Police Officer for the Nantucket Police Department. He is a graduate of the 143rd New Hampshire Police Academy and holds many certifications, to include being a Field Training Officer. Mike enjoys working on vehicles and spending time with friends and family
Senior Patrolman Jim OíBrien is a veteran police officer of 13 years and a graduate of Norwich University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. He graduated with the 123rd New Hampshire Police Academy in 2000 and has attended many certified training courses during his career. He also served in the U.S. Coast Guard (reserve) for many years
Patrol Officers

Description
Patrolman Pat Spera came to the Wolfeboro Police Department in 2011. He is a 1999 graduate of Franklin High School and graduated from Curry College in 2003, where he majored in criminal justice. He was previously employed by the Nantucket Police Department as a Motorcycle Officer and also served on the Special Weapons and Tactics team there. He is one of two certified firearms instructor for the department. Pat resides in Wolfeboro with his wife and their son.
Patrolman Pete Llewellyn joined the Wolfeboro Police Department in August of 2011. Prior to that he worked in the towns of Barnstead, Alton and Milton, where he started his law enforcement career. Before becoming a police officer, Pete had a successful career in the electrical industry. He is originally from the Manchester area, but has resided in Wolfeboro for the last 13 years. While off duty Pete enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Patrolman Shane Emerson joined the Wolfeboro Police Department in January of 2012. Prior to that he worked in the town of Ossipee, where he started his law enforcement career. He is the proud father of 3 wonderful sons and really enjoys working for the Wolfeboro Police Department

Mia Lyons- Supervisor
Dispatch Supervisor Mia Lyons manages the Wolfeboro Central Dispatch Center who dispatches for both the Wolfeboro Police and Fire Departments. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and supervising five full-time and four part-time dispatchers. She is also responsible for the Wolfeboro Childrenís Christmas Fund. Mia has worked in Central Dispatch since 2003 and was promoted to supervisor in 2007. She came here after building a house in NH and leaving Verizon after 7 years. Her off-duty interests include spending time with her husband and daughter, gardening and snowmobiling.

Senior Dispatcher Arty Alderette was born in PA, "Arty" has lived in NH since age 6. She has been a dispatcher since 1998. Her knowledge of the area makes her a great resource in Central Dispatch. Dispatcher Alderette is known for her service to others.

Michelle Fullerton
Michelle Fullerton
Emergency Dispatcher Fullerton joined the Wolfeboro Central Dispatch Center in June of 2009. She was a call firefighter and EMT for many years and has a love for the Public Safety Community. She finds dispatching to be very dynamic and thoroughly enjoys assisting others. She says each call is different and you never know who is on the other end of the phone. She also states that listening and offering options are the largest part of her job. Michelle resides in Moultonborough with her husband and son, and relishes spending time on the Maine seacoast
Ken Paul
Ken Paul
Ken joined Wolfeboro Central Dispatch in June of 2009. Ken brings with him knowledge of the fire service from being a member of the Wakefield Fire Dept. since March of 2005. In his off time Ken enjoys outdoor activities, snowmobiling and spending time with his family
Will Riley
Will Riley
Dispatcher Will Riley began working in the Wolfeboro Central Dispatch Center since 2007 as a part-time dispatcher. In January of 2012, he changed his status to a full-time dispatcher after managing an ambulance company for 12 years. He also continues to dispatch for the Carroll County Sheriffís Department where he has been employed since 1993. This as well as growing up in the area contributes to his knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas. Will has been a Nationally Registered Paramedic since 1992 and works locally as a hospital base Paramedic. He holds an Associateís Degree in Emergency Medical Services as well as other certifications for Dispatching, Fire Fighter Level 1, and Incident Command. Will enjoys camping with his family and watching his son and daughter play sports
