(Wolfeboro, NH)  Due to a recent policy change occurring at Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, traffic crash reports also known as “accident reports” will no longer be issued to the public and insurance companies by the Wolfeboro Police Department effective immediately.  A recent decision from DMV has prompted this change.  The reports, and the information contained therein is derived is deemed proprietary by DMV and we have not been authorized to release it. 

Members of the public and insurance companies are hence with instructed to contact NH DMV for copies of crash (accident) reports or please call DMV headquarters at (603) 227-4040 for additional information.
