BID - TOWN REPORT

TOWN OF WOLFEBORO

 

The Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire will be accepting bids to print the 2019 Annual Town Report until December 5, 2019 at 2:30 PM, at which time they will be opened publicly and read out loud.  Submit bid in a sealed envelope marked “BID - TOWN REPORT” to James S. Pineo, Town Manager, P.O. Box 629, 84 South Main St., Wolfeboro, NH 03894.  The type of paper, print, approximate page total and other specifications, including all shipping charges are as follows:

 

980 copies Perfect Bound

20 copies Spiral Bound

200 pages, 8 1/2 x 11” page size plus cover

Text-50# white/50# color warrant, 80# gloss cover

Cover Ink-4/1 Process black, Text Ink- 1/1 black (cover will be four (4) color process, inside pages all black)

 

Please include a cost for each additional 100 copies, as well as a cost for each additional page over 200. We would like to print our Telephone Directory on the outside back cover. We also would like to have a complete PDF version emailed to use for the Town Website. If the printer is from outside the Lakes Region the proposed method of delivery of original copy, proofs, etc. shall be stated. Failure to deliver the Town Report to Wolfeboro by March 2, 2020 will result in a penalty of 25% of the contract price.  Town will require samples of two (2) other communities’ Town Reports that you have printed.  The majority of the information will be available within the last two weeks of January.  If you have any questions please contact the Town Manager’s office at (603) 569-8161.   No jobbers or subcontractors may participate in the contract.  Bidders must have their own printing facilities and be capable of producing the Town Report without subcontracting any of this work.  The Town has the right to reject any and all bids and to award the bid in the best interest of the Town.
