Requests for Pricing Proposals for Fuel Oil, Bulk Diesel & Regular Unleaded Gasoline and Services on Oil Burners

The Town of Wolfeboro, NH is requesting pricing proposals for supply and delivery of Fuel Oil, Bulk Diesel, Bulk Regular Unleaded Gasoline, Outside Mix and #1 Kerosene. We request this contract to begin July 1, 2021 and end on June 30, 2022.

Proposals should be quoted at price per gallon, including delivery to its destination. State all services that are included in the bid. Service proposals will be on a per hour basis and include 24 hour emergency service. Forms allow for fixed and/or rack plus pricing.

Quotes for total requirements are desirable; however, the Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to award a full service contract or a separate contract for supply at specific locations, if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Proposals for Fuel Oil, Diesel, Gasoline and Services-Town of Wolfeboro”, attention Town Manager PO Box 629 Wolfeboro NH 03894 or may be scanned and emailed to  HYPERLINK "mailto:bids@wolfeboronh.us" bids@wolfeboronh.us no later than Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any reason or no reason that they in their sole discretion deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
