The Town of Wolfeboro, NH (approximately 5,851 parcels) seeks proposals from firms for general assessing services to perform the duties and functions of Municipal Assessor over the period from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2026.

Interested persons may request a copy of the RFP by contacting the Town Manager’s office at 84 South Main St., Wolfeboro, NH 03894 or (603) 569-8161.  Proposals are due by August 17, 2021 at 3:00 PM.  Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and marked General Assessing Services Bid or emailed to bids@wolfeboronh.us  Bids will be open and read at 3:00 PM on August 17, 2021 in the Great Hall of the Wolfeboro Town Hall.

If any company has questions, the questions must be submitted by email only and received by August 13, 2021 no later than 12:00 PM. Questions received after this date/time will not be considered.  Submitted questions will be answered by the Town Manager, James S. Pineo, via email.  Pre-proposal questions may be sent to townmanager@wolfeboronh.us. 

Tax maps and records are available for review at the Town Office Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed for lunch 1 PM to 2 PM).  Maps can also be accessed at https://www.axisgis.com/WolfeboroNH/  

The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to select the bid that is most advantageous.  There is no requirement that the Town accept the proposal of the lowest bidder or of any bidder.

The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to request additional data or information or a presentation in support of written proposals. However, the Town may award a contract based on offers received, without additional submissions.
