Scam Alert

It has come to our attention that some residents have received a solicitation by email from a group called the “Progressive Turnout Project” which appears to be designed as some sort of fundraiser and/or political advertisement. It uses click bait language implying a poll or questionnaire regarding the “Wolfeboro Fire Department.” 

Please understand this matter has nothing to do with the Wolfeboro Fire-Rescue Department and has not been approved or sanctioned by the Department or the Town of Wolfeboro. It also has nothing to do with the Wolfeboro Firemen’s Relief Association. 

As always, please take caution when replying to any unsolicited email and follow good cybersecurity practices.
