Matt Plache was introduced around, our new member.

We discussed the Google analytic reports.  General consensus was that users appear to be finding what the are looking for quickly and efficiently.  There appears to be some items in the "Citizens Action Center" that aren't being used a great deal.  Keith will make some proposals for changesat the next meeting  based on additional research.  Still hoping to get HotJar going on the site as that should show how users are getting to where they want to go since there are multiple means to getting to the same place on the site. 

Mike explain - re-explained the relationship to the town that Block 5 has.
