Present: Peter Chamberlin, Keith Simpson, Jim Collins, Will Herman, Mike from

Meeting began at 3:30PM

The changes to the IT Policy done by Keith were discussed.  Some questions
regarding the differences between employee, intern or volunteer, and business
users and the accountability was discussed.  It was decided to keep things
pretty much the same, recognizing that Employees would be required to
digitally sign (which would submitted to a list maintained initially by the IT
Assistant, but eventually passed to HR).  The definition of Non-employee
Authorized User would not be integrated.

There was then a discussion of password policy and it was decided that we
would try out the security/password tool JumpCloud.

Meeting was closed at about 4:30
