Annual Town Report Bid 2023
The Town of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire will be accepting bids to print the 2023 Annual Town Report until December 26, 2023, at Noon. Submit bid in a sealed envelope marked “BID - TOWN REPORT” to Kathryn Carpentier, Finance Director, P.O. Box 629, 84 South Main St., Wolfeboro, NH 03894 or to bids@wolfeboronh.us with “BID - TOWN REPORT” in the subject line. The type of paper, print, approximate page total and other specifications, including all shipping charges are as follows:
700 copies Perfect Bound
20 copies Spiral Bound
8 1/2 x 11” page size plus cover
Text-50# white- 80# gloss picture cover and back
Cover and back Ink-4/1 Process black, Text Ink- 1/1 black (cover and back will be four (4) color process, inside pages all black)
Delivered to the Town Hall no later than February 16, 2024
The bid would include a PDF version for use on the Town Website. Failure to deliver the Town Report to Wolfeboro by February 16, 2024, will result in a penalty of 25% of the contract price. For new contractors the Town will require a sample of another communities’ Town Report that you have printed. If you have any questions, please contact the Town Manager’s office at (603) 569-8161. No jobbers or subcontractors may participate in the contract. Bidders must have their own printing facilities and be capable of producing the Town Report without subcontracting any of this work. The Town has the right to reject any and all bids and to award the bid in the best interest of the Town.
