Town of Wolfeboro to Request a Proposal for Fireworks

I am writing on behalf of the Town of Wolfeboro to request a proposal for fireworks for the Town of Wolfeboro for the next three years. We are soliciting proposals and a three-year contract with the successful pyrotechnic firm to ensure a quality and well-organized annual event through the year 2025.

We understand that for many, fireworks displays are like art, so it is difficult to compare one to another. This request for proposal is simply to request the following dates (with rain dates) and to compare the length of show, number of flights, shell size, timing in between effects, producer qualifications and multiple shots.
Please use the following outline to draft your proposal and submit it to us by April 28th at 2pm. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring the residents of Wolfeboro top notch Fourth of July display comparable to the ones that they have come to enjoy over the years.
Qualifications and References: Please include number of annual shows and select references.
Please submit a certificate of insurance with your proposal and any additional conditions that you may request.

Deadline for proposals is April 28, 2022 at 2pm at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after that time will not be considered.
