Wolfeboro Department of Public Works Hydro seeding

Invitation:
Sealed Bid proposals, plainly marked, “Hydro -Seeding” on the outside of the envelope addressed to Finance Department, 84 South Main Street, PO Box 629, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids can also be submitted electronically to bids@wolfeboronh.us  Questions regarding the bid should be addressed to Steve Randall at 603-569-8177.

Scope of Work:
Supply and application of approximately 50,000 square feet of roadside mix hydro seed and approximately 5,000 square feet of lawn mix hydro seed at multiple locations in the geographic bounds of Wolfeboro.  

Payment:
This is a lump sum bid, 100% payable upon completion of work within 14 days of receipt of and acceptable request for payment. 

Insurance:
Contractors shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract the following coverage, and shall provide a certificate and endorsement naming the Town of Wolfeboro and its officials, employees and agents as additional insured. This coverage shall be primary in the event there is another insurance applicable. The Town of Wolfeboro must be provided with notice of cancellation of coverage at least 30 days prior to cancellation.

Commercial General Liability    $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability                    $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage
Worker’s Compensation as required by NH Statue
Employer’s Liability                    $1,000,000 per accident, injury, disease

The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town
