Invitation:
Sealed Bid proposals, plainly marked, “Vacuum Truck Services” on the outside of the envelope addressed to Finance Department, 84 South Main Street, PO Box 629, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids can also be submitted electronically to bids@wolfeboronh.us

Bid Form:
Bidders shall use the attached bid form.
The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.

Scope:
Cleaning/removal of sediment/debris from the town’s storm water drainage system and sewer collection system. This includes catch basins, pipelines, manholes and sewer pump station wet wells for the 2023 season.  

Specifications:
Equipment to be kept in good running order with no leakage of any fluids
Minimum of 500ft of jetting hose
80 gallon per minute output at 2500psi
1800 gallons of fresh water capacity
8700 cubic feet per minute of vacuum
15 cubic yard dump body
Extendable boom
Ability to decant on-site
Provide extra hose and components for remote cleaning

Insurance:
Contractors shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract the following coverage, and shall provide a certificate and endorsement naming the Town of Wolfeboro and its officials, employees and agents as additional insured. This coverage shall be primary in the event there is another insurance applicable. The Town of Wolfeboro must be provided with notice of cancellation of coverage at least 30 days prior to cancellation.

Commercial General Liability    $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability                  $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage
Worker’s Compensation             As required by NH Statue
Employer’s Liability                   $1,000,000 per accident, injury, disease
