Invitation:
Sealed Bid proposals, plainly marked, “ Water Treatment Chemicals” on the outside of the envelope addressed to Finance Department, 84 South Main Street, PO Box 629, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.   Bids can also be submitted electronically to bids@wolfeboronh.us

Specifications:
All Treatment Chemicals shall conform to AWWA requirements
4500 Gallons of Iron Free liquid Aluminum Sulfate in (3) 1500 gallon deliveries.  Product shall contain less than 25 ppm of Iron
4500 Gallons of 15% liquid Sodium Hypochlorite in (3) 1500 gallon deliveries
40,000 Pounds of “Tata” Soda Ash in 50 lb. bags with 10,000 lb. deliveries, individual bags to be stamped “For Municipal Water and Wastewater Applications” and bags that harden in storage will be returned and credited at no cost
2,500 Pounds of the “Sterling CP-137 Blended Phosphate Corrosion Inhibitor in 55 gallon drums

Bid Form:
Bidders shall use the attached bid form.
The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
