Invitation:
Sealed Bid proposals, plainly marked, “Wood Pellets” on the outside of the envelope addressed to Finance Department, 84 South Main Street, PO Box 629, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2022 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids can also be submitted electronically to bids@wolfeboronh.us

Specifications:
Bulk delivery of premium hardwood heating pellets at three different locations
(1) 7 ton storage bin at the Highway Department, 47 Pine Hill Road
(1) 20 ton silo at the Water Plant, 555 Northline Road
(1) 20 ton silo at the Municipal Electric Building, Middleton Road
Low percentage ash content
Low fine content
Approximately 50-60 tons for the 2023 season

Bid Form:
Bidders shall use the attached bid form.
The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
