2023 Cyclical Review - Assessing office is starting 2023 cyclical review of town properties in preparation for the 2024 town wide revaluation. This requires a visit to roughly 25% of properties each year, over the next 4 years. We will be checking for accurate building measurements and reviewing relevant descriptive date. This year number of 1379 parcels will be visited by our assessing firm Granite Hill Municipal Services this will start on Monday, August 21, 2023.
