Dear Residents, Business Owners, and Tenants, please see the following for detailed information regarding South Main Street Water Replacement Project.

The Wolfeboro Public Works Department would like to update (as of 5/24/2024) property owners, residents, businesses, and the general public about the progress of the construction project.

The Contractor has completed the installation of the 6” HDPE Temporary Water Main. The main is being tested and flushed.

Starting after Memorial Day, Dawsons will begin connecting each individual water service connection to the properties within the work zone. Dawsons will coordinate the temporary connections with the property owners prior to the work taking place. Each property owner should expect a 1-4 hour disruption in service in order to make the temporary water connection.

Dawsons is scheduled to have all temporary services installed and connected prior to June 24, 2024. The project is scheduled to shut down after June 24, 2024 until Labor Day.

The Public Works department will continue to provide periodic updates with Construction progress on the Town’s web page and local media outlets.
