FirstNet - Coverage remains an issue. Discussed other contingencies, possibilities.  One aspect mentioned was the opportunity to use town assets, i.e. telephone poles. This would come into play for for for 5G service, which will become a reality in the not too distant future

Keith briefed committee on cell phone test that is going to be conducted inthe next few weeks.

Town Website:
Committee members agreed that the website generally is a excellent asset and only in some areas may some of the information offered on the site may be stale.  The home page has had some slight changes that make the user experience a little less hostile than it may have been previously.

We discussed the occasional service denials, Will suggested engaging a ping service that can be found online to gauge the level of service and if this is a chronic problem.

Matt mentioned the an informational link regarding public wifi that Keith had posted on the ISAC page that was problematic in his view.  Keith said he would pull it.

Keith briefed the committee on his work with fillable forms.  A tool had been purchased to enable con version of existing forms to pdf/a compliant, fillable, signable forms.  

Will brought up Docusign - a piece of software that might be more comprehensive and better fit the long term needs of the town.  Keith said he would look into it.
