2. Review of biological information, observations, measurements, and laboratory results in Wolfeboro Waters to date

· What do we know about the biology, including cyanobacteria, of Winter Harbor and the rest of Wolfeboro Waters?

· What further results should we expect from 2020 samples?

· How do the results from the DNA analyses from Bigelow compare to those that NHDES observed microscopically?

· What, if anything, should be done to make them more comparable?

· Where are the Gloeotrichia?

3. Scientific issues and plans for the Biomeme Two-channel Thermocycler

· What cyanobacteria are present in concentrations that may be important to track in 2021?

· What cyanotoxin measurements would we like to make this year and when?

· What other biological observations, measurements, sampling should be planned for 2021? (Water and sediment chemistry issues and plans will be the subject of the March 15, 2021 subcommittee meeting.)

· Which of these biologically-related analyses should be made by Bigelow and supporting labs, NHDES, and/or by WW using its thermocycler?

· What supplies, reagents, software, etc. are need to obtain to enable WW to use of the Biomeme Thermocycler this year to make those measurements?

· Next steps in scientific planning?

4. Management plans for the Biomeme Two-channel Thermocycler

· Who should be the three designees submitted to Frankin to be their support contacts in Wolfeboro?

· What are the next steps in getting folks trained to use the Thermocycler?

· How should we manage the use of the Thermocycler?
