In response to the Covid-19 coronavirus, and in accordance with recommendations by State and Federal Health Officials limiting public gatherings this meeting will be held remotely.     •    Approval of 2020 funds-Update on Cost "Franklin", two-color version, AKA a "Two9" (two colors, 9 samples). approved 9-15-2020 for $7995 additional cost for  shipping $101.67 for a total of $8051.67.
    •    Additional members: Steve Wingate, Emilie Clark, and Beth Marcoux appointed members of our subcommittee.
    •    Conversation with Pat Tarpey on traditional monitoring costs
    •    Wentworth Watershed Association request for $2000.00 for traditional monitoring costs
    •    Communication Subcommittee: report on 2020 work
    •    Mitigation and Prevention Subcommittee: report on 2020 work
    •    Final 2021 budget – see attached Budget in the BOS budget books
